Production introduction:

The raw materials are driven by the employees with a forklift to the feeding port and manually fed (3 kinds of quartz sand materials) to the raw material warehouse. The reduced feeding method is adopted. The 3 kinds of raw materials are statically weighed in proportion, with an accuracy of 5, and the formula is confidential!

One metering cycle is 1 minute. After weighing, select the station that needs to be produced, the trolley automatically moves to the station, automatically discharges the material after alignment, and closes the door with a vibration delay to ensure that there is no excess material in the discharge. The trolley is embedded with a movement prompt function to give out sound and light instructions when it moves.

After completion, it will automatically return to the origin and wait for the next measurement. The weighing data is uploaded to the DC management and control software in a unified manner. The operation of each equipment has two working modes, manual and automatic, and displays the working status and instructions to achieve unified management and control. Data reports and shift records can be retrieved and inquired remotely.
